without question, BEST blender I’ve ever used. Crushes ice in mere seconds with NO chunks or ice pieces - period! I make a smoothie drink every morning using powder Isagenix mix, water, fresh fruit and 6 large ice cubes. Creates unbelieve thick smooth shake with absoulety no ice chips. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for. Makes incredible frozen Margharita’s too! - Purchase this bar blender, you will not be dissapointed.

Works great but it is TOO LOUD. Wish I had done more research before purchasing. For the price, I expected it to be quieter. Friends have bought blenders from other places. (i.e. Williams & Sonoma) and tell me theirs is not noisy.
