Customer Review: rubbermaid big max shed CUSTOMER SERVICE
Although I would give the actual Big Max shed a fair rating, I would give Rubbermaid Customer service the WORST, MOST CONTENTIOUS, ARGUMENTATIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL department I have ever dealt with. The complete door package was missing with delivery. Upon contacted Rubbermaid I explained that the complete door package did not arrive. They agreed to send that out. What arrived were ONLY the plastic doors. No hardware, plastic windows, gaskets etc.. Upon calling back to explain that I had received the doors and NOTHING BUT, they stated they would send out the remainder of the package. I received only a partial amount of hardware. Called a 3rd time, saying the fulldoor handle assembly was missing. They sent out some parts, but DID NOT include the door handles! The 4th time was the “charm”. The supervisor constantly argued, yelled, interrupted, went off on tangents that they’re not responsible for items NOT sent, if the customer doesn’t TELL THEM, each individual part needed (It was made IMPLICITLY CLEAR THE WHOLE PARTS LIST WAS NEEDED), that they have no way of knowing what to send. If the manufacturer doesn’t know their own parts, how would (or should) the customer. When it is explained ad nauseum the ALL the parts are needed, what kind of geniuses do they employ??? They get an off the chart F!

this product came with broken lids and amazon is playing games trying to get them returned….bad business..won’t use again.
