Customer Review: Ashley Furniture Terrible Quality and Customer Service
I bought furniture from Ashley that was a nightmare. Their furniture was defective so they replaced it with another defective part. I has been over 2 months and I still don’t have it fixed. Plus, their customer service will not work with you. Basically you are at their mercy. Advice is to stay away.

We had bought all of the other items in this furniture collection a few years ago and did not need the sofa table until recently. Unfortunately the furniture store we had bought the set from did not offer this piece. Thankfully I found it here at Amazon and it shipped very quickly and in perfect condition. This was a perfect match to our existing collection!
